Alison Drew is a Partner at Parlatore Law Group and a highly experienced attorney, focusing her practice on litigation and corporate law. Mrs. Drew specializes in the areas of construction law, personal injury defense, arbitration, and contract negotiation, as well as business protection. With a strong understanding of her clients’ business operations, Mrs. Drew is prepared to handle a variety of legal issues.
Mrs. Drew has spent most of her career handling complex, multi-million-dollar litigations both in Federal and State Court, primarily in the defense of construction companies, property owners, insurance carriers and self-insured companies and organizations in a variety of tort claims. She is experienced in all phases of litigation from inception to resolution. She successfully resolves matters for her clients and strives to do so in a timely and cost-effective manner, whether pre-suit, in arbitration or at mediation.
Additionally, Mrs. Drew provides legal support for her clients’ legal matters in the areas of commercial liability, contracts, and daily operations. She tirelessly works to ensure her clients are compliant with all State and Federal law while taking actions to minimize their legal risks.
Mrs. Drew is a volunteer arbitrator for the New York State Court System and a judge for the New York City Bar Moot Court Competition. She also sits on the Board of Directors for local non-profit Organizations. She is admitted to practice in New York State; the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit.
She earned her juris doctor from University of Miami School of Law, where she was an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review and active member of Moot Court, including the 2001 Winner of the Moot Court Negotiation Competition. She graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in French.
In addition to her legal work, Mrs. Drew is extremely active in her community and in her children's schools. She lives in Westchester, NY, with her husband and two children.
