Erin Darden is a partner at Parlatore Law Group and focuses her practice on assisting entrepreneurs with small business formation and development, trademark law, and civil litigation.

As a small business owner herself, she understands the in’s and out’s of a successful business and has experience navigating the legal channels of establishing, protecting, and growing a business. She is eager to bring her thorough knowledge of the law to help you and your small business thrive.
Prior to joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Darden was a federal trial attorney representing the United States and the Internal Revenue Service in tax refund, FOIA, FBAR, pyramiding and tax preparer injunctions, and bankruptcy matters. As an experienced trial attorney, Ms. Darden is comfortable in the courtroom and capable of handling all aspects of cases including, discovery, motion practice, negotiations, and trial.
Ms. Darden’s wide breadth of experiences, coupled with her keen understanding of the law, make her an asset to Parlatore Law Group. She is a member of the Washington Bar Association and the Deputy Director of Region XII of the National Bar Association. She is also a Certified Emotional Intelligence and Life Coach.
She is admitted to practice in Georgia.
She currently lives in the Washington, D.C. area.
