Parlatore Law Group Counsel Eric Postow, Promoted to Partner
Parlatore Law Group, LLP is proud to announce that attorney Eric Postow has been promoted to Partner. Mr. Postow has been with Parlatore Law Group since March 2021 and focuses his practice on advising those in the cannabis industry, primarily with risk mitigation, compliance planning, business development, negotiations, litigation support and as outside general counsel.
Since joining Parlatore Law Group, Mr. Postow has spearheaded the creation of the firm’s first cannabis practice group. In this role, Mr. Postow has focused on building a multi-disciplined approach to cannabis law by providing cannabis specific business counsel, compliance, regulatory guidance, as well as complex litigation strategy and support. The practice group has grown to encompass multiple states and is at the forefront of many of the most important legal issues facing the cannabis industry today.
Mr. Postow’s prior experience in the business word has allowed his practice to flourish by combining the creativity of entrepreneurialism with a comprehensive approach to legal practice. He is both a skilled negotiator and an intentional advocate, advising clients and serving the legal needs of diverse companies. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Postow is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps having led in a variety of management and leadership roles while earning two personal military decorations. He is actively involved in supporting civil rights issues, most recently as a member of the NAACP. He is a regular contributor for Cannabis Business Executive Press.

Parlatore Law Group Counsel Erin Darden, Promoted to Partner
Parlatore Law Group, LLP is thrilled to announce that Counsel, Erin Darden has been promoted to Partner. Ms. Darden has been with Parlatore Law Group since summer 2020 and focuses her practice on helping entrepreneur start, grow, and protect their businesses the right way. She assists entrepreneurs with business formation, contract drafting and review, and trademark registration. She uses her personal experience as an entrepreneur and training as a business coach to help clients strategize, plan, and navigate the intricacies of establishing, growing, and managing a successful business.
Since joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Darden has successfully assisted over a dozen small business owners secure their brands by protecting their intellectual property. Additionally, she successfully opposed a non-compete cause in an employment agreement for a client. She maintains an active presence in her professional and social communities, educating on small business and trademark law, and teaching workshops for the Rosie Network about key legal considerations when starting a business.
Ms. Darden’s wide breadth of experiences, coupled with her keen understanding of the law, make her an asset to our team. Previously, Ms. Darden was a federal trial attorney representing the United States and the Internal Revenue Service in tax and bankruptcy matters. As an experienced trial attorney, Ms. Darden is comfortable in the courtroom and capable of handling all aspects of cases.
