Parlatore Law Group, LLP is thrilled to announce that Counsel, Max Hass has been promoted to Partner in our Denver, Colorado office. Mr. Hass has been with Parlatore Law Group since fall 2020, and is an accomplished intellectual property attorney, focusing on the fields of entertainment law, copyright & trademark law, business law, intellectual property litigation, and commercial litigation. Additionally, he is the co-founder an Entertainment Law & Business podcast, Law in the Limelight, set to debut in June of this year.

Since joining Parlatore Law Group, Mr. Hass has expanded his practice to serve a wide range of Colorado, New York, and Louisiana based musicians and filmmakers, and begun to handle a number of business transactional matters and commercial litigation on behalf of business clients.  Recent successes include a dismissal of a personal injury action, settlement of a copyright infringement matter, and the formation of numerous new businesses for clients.

Mr. Hass brings a wide breadth of experience to his practice. A musician himself, he has worked with dozens of musicians, artists, filmmakers, and small businesses in the creative sector. Additionally, he has developed and presented a series of copyright workshops for musicians, visual artists, and filmmakers over the last five years. He has been invited to speak on intellectual property and entertainment industry matters at the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts, Tulane University, University of New Orleans, New Orleans Video Access Center (NOVAC), the Joan Mitchell Center, and numerous music conferences and events.
