Sabrina Gibson is a partner at Parlatore Law Group and focuses her practice on assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs with all their business transactional needs.
Ms. Gibson is passionate about working with entrepreneurs to guide them through the diverse legal processes of bringing their visions to life. As an executive manager for a professional athlete she has experience handling business and financial operations, including establishing LLCs, managing accounting, assisting with branding, and overseeing business ventures. Whether taking the first steps in their businesses, or expanding a preexisting, thriving enterprise, her goal is to give clients the confidence in their business decisions to continue pursuing their dreams.
Prior to joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Gibson worked in entertainment law negotiating various entertainment agreements and representing the vast legal concerns of talent and creatives .She is also an experienced tax attorney, where she evaluated and assessed complicated tax issues, and negotiated IRS and state tax settlements among federal, state and local governments. Her varied experiences and wide breadth of knowledge and expertise allow her to effectively serve the unique needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners.
In addition to her work experience in corporate transactional law, Ms. Gibson also provides pro bono legal services to abused, neglected or abandoned children, while advocating for necessary policy changes and system reform.
She is admitted to practice in California and is admitted in Nevada under Emeritus Status.
She currently lives in Nevada, with her husband and two children.
