Sabrina Gibson is a partner at Parlatore Law Group and focuses her practice on assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs with all their business transactional needs.
Ms. Gibson is equipped to work alongside entrepreneurs, guiding them through the diverse legal processes of bringing their visions to life. She assists in entity formation with her client’s growth and goals in mind, completes contract formation, and handles employment matters, brand development, licensing, and other commercial agreements. Whether taking the first steps in their businesses, or expanding a preexisting, thriving enterprise, her goal is to give clients the confidence in their business decisions to continue pursuing their dreams. Ms. Gibson is also passionate about working with creatives in a variety of industries that provide unique services to their clients (authors, branding professionals, diversity, and inclusion training companies), and helping their ventures grow.
Prior to joining Parlatore Law Group, Ms. Gibson worked in entertainment law negotiating various entertainment agreements and representing the vast legal concerns of talent and creatives. She is also an experienced tax attorney, where she evaluated and assessed complicated tax issues, and negotiated IRS and state tax settlements among federal, state and local governments. Her varied experiences and wide breadth of knowledge and expertise allow her to effectively serve the unique needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners.
She is admitted to practice in California.
She currently lives in Nevada, with her husband and two children.
